The entire first floor with independent access is exclusively let out to guests. This space consists of 3 well laid out deluxe bedrooms with attached king size washrooms with modern fittings. Additionally guests will have separate living room/hall equipped with TV, music system, mini fridge, hot kettle, DVD player, hair dryer etc… Dual band wifi is also provided and the speeds are sufficient for HD streaming. The guests will have access to additional spaces like balcony and sit out from where they can enjoy panoramic view of verdant hills. There are no shared spaces inside the homestay. The guests will have the entire space for themselves.

Note :
At Greencove we provide only stay facility and food is not provided. However many good restaurants are available within walking distance. The home delivery services like swiggy, Zomato and Fove operate here too in case you want the food to be delivered home. We will provide the required plates and cutlery.
Other things to note:
- Guests need to carry government approved photo ID documents.
- Smoking is permitted only in specified smoking areas like balcony, sit out and outdoors.
- Guests coming by taxi should note that there is no accomodation provided/available in the property for drivers. However toilet/washroom facility can be arranged in the adjacent building if the driver prefers to sleep in his vehicle. This is the practice adopted by majority of the lodges.
